1. It is important for you to be serious yourself.
2. You must be prepared to lead by example.
3. Establish a clear two-way communication with your affiliates.
4. Mentor and teach your affiliates without let or hindrance.
5. Find and use very credible ways to motivate them.
6. Encourage them to read and learn all they can about SFI as a business.
7. Encourage them to promote their business vigorously.
8. Let them into the tips and tricks of the business.
9. Show them how to earn real big in SFI.
10. Show them the importance of Duplication.
11. Show them how to become team leaders themselves.
12. Teach them resilience and persistence.
I sincerely believe that if you can do all the above diligently, it is possible to get a very high percentage of your affiliates to be serious business builders in SFI.
