Why Failure Isn’t a Stop Sign

“Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” ~ Winston Churchill

Do you want to achieve something worthwhile? Why wait? Just go for it no matter the odds. Don't be afraid to fail. Don't waste energy trying to cover up failure. It is all part of the bargain to get something done. Even if you falter and fail in some steps already taken so what? It is good to learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It's OK to fail. If you're not failing, it simply means you're not growing. The good news is that anyone who has never failed has never really done anything worthwhile. That is a cold fact. In any case, why quit when you haven’t gotten what you want yet? Sadly, most people give up just when they're about to achieve success. That is just like quitting on the one yard line. You can’t afford that because you can never tell how close you are to succeeding. The reason you must always find the strength to press on.

Success and action somehow appear to be intricately connected. That is why successful people are always on the move no matter the odds. As human beings, they make mistakes like everybody else, but they don't quit. They just manage to press on with the ultimate goal in mind. As Lloyd Jones likes to say, “A person who tries to do something and fails is infinitely better than a person who tries to do nothing and succeeds.”

Get busy right now because…. “No pains, no gains. To get the prize, you must pay the price.”
