“Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.” ~Henry Ford
In the market place, quality is one guaranteed selling point. If your product or service is high in quality, most cases, it sells real good and competes well. Once quality is guaranteed, customer loyalty is easier to build. Quality helps to build trust which is about all you need to keep your customers coming back. Integrity too helps to sustain quality. When you have integrity, people tend to trust you more and hence more comfortable doing business with you over a prolonged period of time. Dispensing guaranteed quality over time helps to build integrity. Quality really sells, believe me!
Take my advice here. No matter what you do in the course of your business, never you compromise on quality. If you do, you may never get very far. For instance, anytime word gets around that the best peanut butter in town is made by you, people get curious and they want to find out. If they find out, they too get out the word further and more people want to find out. If you continue to dispense real quality, your business grows exponentially. Who wouldn’t want that?

Why Every Business Must Render a Service
“A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.” ~ Henry Ford
Money is an exchange for a product or service. If you want to succeed in business, you must set out to render a service first and money follows as a consequence. When your business makes nothing but money, you are in a very poor business. A business must first and foremost find a way to make people, shape the environment, and help the economy before it considers making money for the owners. Mr. Ray Kroc advanced this argument more succinctly when he wrote: “If you work just for money, you’ll never make it, but if you love what you’re doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours.” This is the order of priority our civilization expects.
"There is no investment you can make which will pay you so well as the effort to scatter sunshine and good cheer through your establishment." So says Orison Swett Marden. Your team always likes that and people in the team show appreciation by working harder. When you build your people, they will help you build your business in return. If you make your central policy the building of people, making money becomes a given when the people you have built begin to help build your business. There are limits to what you can do as a person, but what a team can do is limitless. That is more so when the team is well built, dedicated and motivated.

Why You Must Start Where You Are
There is nothing you are looking for you can’t get around
you if you look hard enough. The grass may appear greener on the other side of
the fence but in reality, all grass looks green and it is green. Maintenance may
however make the grass on the other side of the fence greener. That is up to
you to either take steps to maintain your own grass or to keep envying your
neighbor’s.
Even if you set out to make money, the place to begin is
right where you are. A good plan, determination and smart work will enable you
make money right where you are. Always remember that the great American
Auto-maker Henry Ford started small and right where he found himself. You too
can do great things right where you are. Just begin, and you will be well on
your way to making it too.
