How to be a Great Team Leader in SFI Business

Here are some important things to remember about being an SFI Team Leader:

There's no reason for being a Team Leader unless you actually have a team! That is, all of the major financial benefits of being a Team Leader are derived from the override commissions (i.e., Matching VP) you earn on your team members. Sure, it's nice to have the prestigious rank of Team Leader, but it's a title only essentially if you don't actually have a team built under you to earn Team Leader commissions on.

Therefore, if you want to be a Team Leader in SFI, your focus (besides meeting your own EA qualifications of course) must be on recruiting affiliates and teaching them to become EAs and Team Leaders themselves (i.e. duplication).

This focus ALSO naturally earns you the points you need to maintain your Team Leader rank.

Provided you are at least an EA yourself, as shown on your To-Do List (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list), you will earn:

* 100 VP for each of your PSAs each month who are at least an EA

* 200 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a BTL

* 300 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a STL

* 400 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a GTL

* 500 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a PTL

* 600 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a DTL

Examples:

* Get 5 of your PSAs to EA and you'll earn 500 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications.

* Get 10 of your PSAs to EA and you'll earn 1000 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications.

* Get 5 of your PSAs to BTL and you'll earn 1000 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications.

* Get 10 of your PSAs to BTL and you'll earn 2000 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications. 

In short, focus on building a team of EAs and Team Leaders. Do so and you'll soon naturally earn the VP you need to qualify as a Team Leader yourself every month. And instead of just having a TITLE, you can also be earning THOUSANDS of Matching VP (not only on your PSAs, but also on all the EAs in your entire group, including all your CSAs)!

Hurray!!! New Visual Genealogy Debuts at SFI

We're excited to debut a brand new tool for team building, the Visual Genealogy. The Visual Genealogy (https://www.sfimg.com/Genealogy/Visual) performs many of the same functions as the regular Genealogy, but it's much simpler: it uses the account photos of your team members! And, most importantly, it's designed to align precisely with the objectives of The Diamond Plan (https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan). That is, the Visual Genealogy is designed to help you visualize, manage, and build a 5-wide organization, just as The Diamond Plan recommends (and also what Opti-Build and Builder Bundles were created to support).

If you're new in SFI, the new Visual Genealogy can help you identify your five future Diamond Team Leaders. Or, if you're a more experienced SFI Team Leader,and you already have one or more Designated Diamonds on your first generation (identified by the diamond icon in front of their name), they will automatically populate the up-to-five first-generation slots on your Visual Genealogy (with your other top PSAs--selected by rank/activity--automatically filling in any slots not occupied by Designated Diamonds).

Special Note: A non-Designated Diamond occupying one of the five slots does NOT mean they'll become a Designated Diamond. Similarly, it does not mean they're persons you must embrace as your future stars. Rather, we're simply using an algorithm here to identify for you your most active persons (as we do on your Movers tab) to help you see who could be a top-five person. Ultimately, this will be up to you and them if they become one of your actual Designated Diamonds. In fact, one or more of your future five Designated Diamonds could be persons who haven't even joined your team yet.

The initial screen of your Visual Genealogy will display YOU at the top of your team and up to five PSAs (your top five Personally Sponsored Affiliates). From here, you can "step down" generation by generation by clicking on any person's name. When you click on a name, the screen will automatically redraw and now display that person's front line.

How to Qualify Easily as Team Leader in SFI Business

I can say with a lot of confidence that there is no secret for easily qualifying as Team Leader each month in SFI business. All you need is hard work and a good plan and you too can easily make TL monthly. That is where the big boys and the big girls in this business are so it is the place to be.

If you have a good plan in place, you can get 2000 VP monthly through sales alone. Thereafter, if you manage to acquire additional 1000 VP action points, pronto you are already Bronze Team Leader, BTL for that month. Acquiring more action VPs takes you way up to STL, GTL and even PTL just like that. There is no secret. Anyone can make it if they do what is required of them by way of hard work and a good plan from month to month.
