How to Become a Platinum Team Leader in SFI Business

Internet business work station with three workers and three computers.

I am not there yet but I know the way there. To become a Platinum Team Leader, PTL, all you need is a simple/workable plan. This simple 3-step plan can get you there with time.

1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA)
2. Remain EA every month
3. Teach your Affiliates to do this same 3-step plan. That’s it.

To become a Platinum Team Leader, all you need is 2000 Sales VP + 4000 Action VP making a total of 6000 VP for the month. Every affiliate knows how to earn 2000 Sales VP very easily. Earning 4000 Action VP is a very huge challenge for many affiliates but it can be done through a combination of the following actions.

1. Earning VersaPoints by Daily/Weekly/Monthly Action Points.
2. Winning unlimited VersaPoints, VP at the Daily Grand.
3. Earning unlimited VP from the Ask SC answers you submitted.
4. Earning many VP from Eager Zebra Games.
5. Earning 100 VP from each PSA you help to be EA.
6. Earning 150 VP from each PSA you help to be BTL.
7. Earning 200 VP from each PSA you help to be STL.
8. Earning 250 VP from each PSA you help to be GTL.
9. Earning 300 VP from each PSA you help to be PTL.

The key to become PTL is a deep and very active downline. From the above figures, you can see that if you have 60 very active PSAs who simple make EA each month that earns you 6000 Action VPs straightaway. You become PTL even without lifting a finger of your own to earn VP.

If you want to become PTL, just work to deepen your downline making sure that a very large number of them are very active in the business.

Why Write Personalized Welcome Letters to New PSAs

Home business work station with a computer, notepad, pen, pencil and eye glasses.

My first reaction to this issue is, why not if you are good at it. If you have the expertise to write marketing pitches, why not, you can write personalized welcome letters to your new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profiles. However, for very many of us affiliates who do rely heavily on SFI to lead us by the hand, it is advisable to stick to SFI welcome letters. They are good, effective and can be easily adapted by any affiliate.

I have no doubt that SFI has tested these letters over time before they decided to let affiliates use them. No harm though if you can write your own. In this business, it is always best to use what has been tested and works well. If a little innovation on your part can help further with good results, by all means go ahead and do so. Really, it is results that count more than anything else here and that is what you should always aim at.

Good luck!!

Best Way to Communicate With Your PSAs

Affiliate home business work station with a lone individual looking at a computer screen.
In written communication, what matters most is for the message to get to the recipient(s) quickly and intact. For this reason, any time, any day, the PSA Mailer is more preferable as a channel of communication with PSAs than directly via email address because of the following reasons.

1. The message is guaranteed to be delivered.
2. The message is delivered intact and as sent.
3. The message does not risk “failure to deliver.”
4. PSA Mailer is free, easy to use and not cumbersome.
5. The message is delivered to all your PSAs at once irrespective of the number.
6. PSA Mailer is available to use free by all affiliates.
7. It does not risk ending in spam folder.
8. It offers the recipient(s) “opt-out” options.
9. The identity of the sender is very clear.
10. The recipients have no idea who else the message was sent to.
11. It respects the privacy of each recipient.
12. Above all, it is highly recommended by SFI.

From the foregoing, it is easy to discern that in SFI, using the PSA Mailer to communicate downline with your PSAs is better than using direct email.

Why Induce Your Downline with Gift Certificates and TCredits?

Computer, notepad and pen in affiliate marketing business work station.
The last thing I will ever recommend in SFI business is for any Sponsor to do anything which remotely looks like a “bribe” as an incentive for his/her downline. This is because there are very many highly effective ways you can literally “fire-up” your downline without offering unmerited gifts or even bribes. If you must give any gifts to your downline, give them such gifts as a token appreciation for a landmark achievement in the business and not as incentives for something you want them to do which they are yet to do. Acting that way clearly demarcates the difference between a bribe and a legitimate gift.

From my own experience, unless an affiliate is sufficiently interested in the business, no amount of bribes or gifts can change their position. What works best therefore is to do such things for and with your downline which help them to take their business more seriously. To my mind, that is the best way to go about it. Some of such things which you must never fail to do include, but not limited to:

1. Regular communications with your downline.
2. Sending down the line regular tips and information on how to succeed in the business.
3. Forming a cooperative and involving your downline.
4. Promptly addressing concerns and requests for information from your downline.
5. Encouraging your downline to engage you with their fears and concerns about the business.
6. Promptly congratulating members of your downline when they make some landmark achievements.
7. Remembering their anniversaries and birthdays and helping them to mark the dates.
8. Occasionally giving away to some of them such gifts as TCredits and even PSAs but certainly not as bribes.

These are the things I believe you can do to and for your downline to encourage them in SFI business. Bribing them is clearly out of the question.
