Why Many Affiliates Become Inactive Shortly After Joining SFI Business

Affiliate business work table with a notepad and pen, flowers and white a mug of beverage.
Many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI business for many and varied reasons principal amongst which are:

1. Many did not understand what the business was about when they joined.
2. Many expected to make quick bucks and they were quickly disappointed.
3. Some saw SFI as a get-rich-quick business and were disappointed.
4. Many did not know that you needed to “work” before you can make it in the business.
5. Many did not know that you needed to build a team before you can make it in the business.
6. Some failed to realize that as a real business, you needed to “invest” in it.
7. Many were actually hunting on the web for some other things when they stumbled into SFI.
8. Many are physically and mentally unprepared for a business like SFI.
9. Many did not know that you needed to do real business promotion and actual selling before you can make it in the business.
10. Many people hate to be told by anyone what to do particularly in “their own business.”
11. Many did not realize that you do have to log into your SFI account every single day to do the business.
12. Many did not know about the strict SFI rules they must comply with if they have to remain in the business.
13. Many failed to realize that you needed to read far and wide and to read continuously in order to understand the business.
14. Many did not know that they needed to work as a team to make it in the business.
15. Many did not know that they needed to be sponsored and they too will have to sponsor others before they can make it in the business.

These are some of the reasons I can think of right now why many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI.

How to Promote Your ECA Store to Affiliates

E-commerce business work station with a calculator, a glass of water, mug of coffee, notepad and pen.
Like I usually say in circumstances as this, follow the rules. Just follow the rules and do what SFI advises all ECAs to do and you will neither have problems nor have any issues with ethical matters. There is nothing you do in SFI that is not guided by strict enforceable rules. Promote your business where SFI allows you to and desist from doing so where you are not allowed to.

The following tips can be of help.

1. Design your TConnect page very well and get connected to as many affiliates and ECAs as you can then display all your products in the page.

2. Send regular mails about your products to all affiliates in your downline through SFI Mailer letting them know the benefits of your products to their own business.

3. Develop your Leadership Page and refer your downline to the products you recommend (mostly your products) as listed therein.

4. Advertise your TConnect page in the signature feature of your e-mails using a brief but captivating message about the products.

5. Tactically use social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and many others to advertise your products to your friends and other people/groups you are connected with.

6. Promote your ECA Gateway regularly in places of maximum exposure to your affiliates and potential affiliates.

7. Connect with A2A friends and make regular stream posts about your ECA making the posts appear as news while carefully avoiding outright advertising which SFI does not encourage in A2A.

8. Expertly use the blog section of your Leadership Page to regularly write about the benefits of your products and how other affiliates can use them to build their business.

If you are able to use these tips, I sincerely believe you can successfully promote your products to other affiliates without running afoul of SFI rules while remaining ethical in the process.

What to do If Your PSAs do Not Want to Engage in Duplication

Affiliate marketing work station with a computer, notepad and pen.
My first reaction to this problem is to advise you to tread with caution. Reason is, I very much doubt if it is within your purview to dictate to your affiliates how to run their businesses. Be reminded that your affiliates are individual and separate business persons who have the right and sole responsibility to run their businesses the way they please. If they choose not to engage in duplication, it is their choice but your role should be purely advisory. In that light, you can do all or some of the following;

1. Regularly remind them about SFI rules and what the rules say about duplication.
2. Show them how your own business is benefiting from duplication.
3. Refer them to specific literature in SFI which speak on the benefits of duplication.
4. Let them know how they will miss out on residual income if they fail to duplicate.
5. Tell them that their SFI businesses can hardly grow if they fail or neglect to duplicate.
6. Remind them that the entire SFI business is built around the power of affiliates and only duplication maintains and sustains that.

If after all these efforts they still fail to embark on duplication, let them be. Maybe with time, they may see reasons with you, and then commence full duplication. That is what I believe is good for all parties.
