How to Use TCredits to Promote Activity in Your Team

Your SFI team is like a family whose welfare/wellbeing is of equal concern to all members. People generally make better progress in any human endeavor if they work as a team. So it is in SFI. TCredits are the peculiar currencies of SFI which are acceptable for all the major business transactions in its TripleClicks shop. Using TCredits to promote business in SFI is like using money to promote business anywhere else. That is the reason why TCredits are very valuable to all SFI affiliates.

To promote activity in your team, you can use TCredits as follows:

1. Give away TCredits to team members as gifts.
2. Give away TCredits as rewards to team members when they achieve some milestone.
3. Use TCredits to boost your down-line for the benefit of your team members.
4. Pay out TCredits to team members who win in your competitions.
5. Give away TCredits on demand to team members if you can afford to.
6. Use TCredits to entice your team members to participate in penny auctions.
7. Use TCredits to encourage team members to participate in other SFI games.

How to Use My Movers Tab to Maximize Your SFI Business

In SFI business, everyone is in someone else’s Movers list. That is what the Movers Tab shows to your sponsor constantly. Any member of the downline who has not earned a single VP for about 7 days automatically drops off the Movers list. In a nutshell therefore, the Movers list tells every sponsor at a glance which members of her downline, (both PSAs and CSAs) are active in the business at any point in time. 


 

Having noted the above, it is easy to deduce that you can maximize your SFI business using MY MOVERS Tab in the following ways:

1. The tab at a glance excludes inactive affiliates which you need to work more on to get them active.

2. It lets you know the pace of progress from even the active affiliates listed and you can devise ways to help them move better.

3. It reveals the Team Mail, Email and Chat buttons which you can use to communicate directly with any affiliate you decide on as listed in the tab.

4. In some cases, even the telephone numbers are on display for you to use in communicating with the affiliates.

5. It shows the progress on VP earned daily from each affiliate and how many more VP they need to advance to the next rank. That enables you to know how and when to cheer them on with some vital tips.

6. It shows the ranking of each active affiliate and how much daily progress they are making towards advancing. That tells you how and when to help them.

7. It shows the last time every affiliate listed logged in and if the log-ins are not regular, you can then take steps to advise the affiliate on what to do.

8. At a glance, the tab ranks the affiliates based on the number of VP they earned up to date. The higher an affiliate is ranked on the list, the more it contributes to the VP available to you for matching.

9. The Movers Tab also shows the Class Rank, Country rank and Global rank of each of the listed affiliates in the tab. You can then use the information to help each of the affiliates make a goal of advancing in rank.

10. Being on the Movers list at all is proof positive to tell your sponsor that you are serious in the business. That way, you tend to get more help and assistance from your sponsor.

11. Ultimately, the Movers Tab helps you to identify, assist, encourage or advise team members as a way of building the business for all parties involved.

How to Support and Motivate Your Team Members

The best way to do that is to recognize your team members as independent and separate business persons who happen to be your business partners. Show them that you are all in the business for the fun and to make money. Invite them to come along with you for a joyous and profitable ride. To buttress and reaffirm these ideals, I recommend you do the following: 


 

1. Show decent respect for your team members as your partners and let that reflect in all your dealings with them.
2. Limit your interactions with them to purely advisory roles.
3. Be warm and courteous in all your communications with them.
4. Give them ample and un-crowded space to run their businesses.
5. Lead by example and encourage them to emulate at will if ok with them.
6. Welcome all your new PSAs with warmth and palpable expectations.
7. Direct them to new expectations and discoveries in the business.
8. Regularly send down the line great motivating tips.
9. Give them great business tips as you come across them.
10. Find regular and credible ways to appreciate the efforts of your team members.
11. Put in place a credible reward system to motivate your team members.
12. Find ways always to work with your team members and not on them.
13. Emphasize to them the benefits of continuous and sustained training in SFI business.
14. Encourage honesty and due diligence in working the business.

I believe that if you do the above honestly and consistently, you can support and motivate your team members without demanding too much from them or turning them off.

How to Maintain or Boost Momentum in Your SFI Group

If you want to maintain or boost momentum in your SFI Group, I suggest you encourage your team members to intensify doing the following.

1. Log in daily and do their “to-do” tasks to earn VP.
2. Promote their SFI/TripleClicks Gateways like mad.
3. Be regular visitors and participants at the forum.
4. Be active at the Ask SC forum.
5. Study SFI daily tips and deploy them in their business.
6. Communicate more frequently and effectively with their team members.
7. Start a co-op and encourage all their team members to participate.
8. Take part in PriceBenders auctions.
9. Play the Trivia Games and have more fun doing their business.
10. Read, read, read and learn all they can about SFI/TripleClicks.

Regularly doing all the above and more are a sure way for your team members to maintain or boost momentum in their SFI business.
