“If you don’t value your time, neither will others. Stop giving away your time and talents. Value what you know and start charging for it.” ~ Kim Garst
Do you know that many people live by simply selling their time? It is the value you bring to your time that others get to pay for. All of us have equal time allotted to us daily but the people who get to use their own time better tend to live better and are more successful in whatever they are doing for a living. Time is fleeting and waits for no one. Once gone, it is gone forever and never to be recovered. The more and better you deploy your time, the more successful you become in your chosen business.
The value of time becomes more apparent when you discover that paying for services rendered is measured in time. Traveling between two locations no matter the means of transportation is estimated in time even though the distance is known in mileage. Economists believe very rightly that time is money since nearly all of us live by selling our time to others. If you are a wage earner, the employer who pays your wages values it in the time you put in working for him. Even if you are self employed, the prices of your services/products are determined largely by the time you expend to get through with the service or to produce the product. The good news is, everyone has ample time daily to do what they like with. The people who get to make it better are those who are able to use their time economically and profitable. You too can if you give it a try, now that you know.
Get busy right now because…. “No pains, no gains. To get the prize, you must pay the price.”

How to Make Things Happen Your Way
“If you don’t make things happen then things will happen to you.” ~ Robert Collier
If you don’t make things happen, nobody will, for you. It is entirely up to you, what you do, how you do it and how you make use of your precious time. As the Spanish say, carpe diem, seize the day and do something with it. It is up to you. When opportunities come your way and you fail or neglect to seize them, they pass you by. Sometime somewhere down the road, you get to remember these lost opportunities. That’s when things start happening to you, all bordering on regrets. Don’t let that happen to you. Be the master of your own fate and the chief determinant of how life turns out for you. Think about it!
Time is extremely precious, believe me. Even at that, just like everybody else, it is available to you free everyday to do what you like with. The controls are in your hands. It is almost like holding a horse’s reins. When they are in your hands, you can control them. Just imagine this. Everyday it’s like you are born again. You realize that yesterday is a cancelled cheque. Tomorrow is only a promissory note. But today is ready cash – you’ve got to use it profitably. Live this moment; live it fully, now, in the present time. Now is your time.
Get busy right now because….“No pains, no gains. To get the prize, you must pay the price.”

Best Advice for People with Limited Time for SFI Business
Everything in life is about planning anyway. No
matter how limited your time is, with proper planning, you can always allocate
some time to do your SFI business. If you believe in the business and you are
sufficiently interested in it, finding time for it is already given.
If however you are not sufficiently interested in the business, then you can never find enough time for it. What you need most therefore in my opinion is the "interest" in the business. When it is present, the time for it will always be found no matter how tight your schedule is.
The advice you need to give to people is that they should study the business and develop sufficient interest in it first. That done, they will always find time to invest in the business.

How to Economize Your Time
Here is one credible and practicable way to economize your time. Since the time available to you and all of us is heavily limiting, you can best use it by simple economics the way you use money. Some people choose to call it “time-management” but I choose to call it “time-economics.” The reason is simple. You can manage money because when you run out of money, you can arrange to get more money. You can get more money by going to withdraw from your savings or by borrowing. When you run out of time, it is gone and gone forever. There is no time-lender anywhere in the world where you can go to borrow more time. All you have and are entitled to is only 24 hours a day. The best you can do within the 24 hours therefore is to manage yourself and your affairs within the available time. This is time economics.
It is safe to assume that you know how to prioritize
your activities. That you know how to choose what is urgent and what is
important. That said, you may now want to know how you can maximize the use of
the limited time available to you for your work. It is also assumed that you do
only the things related to your work during working hours. I hope I am right on
this assumption because a lot of people use working time to perform many
activities not directly related to the work they do. The best way to maximize
the use of your working time is to minimize or eliminate time wastage on the
things you routinely do at work. Here is how. List all your daily activities
and replace “time-wasters” with “time-savers.” Very simple and the results and
impact on your productivity can be quite amazing.
