How to Become a Platinum Team Leader in SFI Business

I am not there yet but I know the way there. To become a Platinum Team Leader, PTL, all you need is a simple/workable plan. This simple 3-step plan can get you there with time.

1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA)
2. Remain EA every month
3. Teach your Affiliates to do this same 3-step plan. That’s it. 


 
To become a Platinum Team Leader, all you need is 2000 Sales VP + 4000 Action VP making a total of 6000 VP for the month. Every affiliate knows how to earn 2000 Sales VP very easily. Earning 4000 Action VP is a very huge challenge for many affiliates but it can be done through a combination of the following actions.

1. Earning VersaPoints by Daily/Weekly/Monthly Action Points.
2. Winning unlimited VersaPoints, VP at the Daily Grand.
3. Earning unlimited VP from the Ask SC answers you submitted.
4. Earning many VP from Eager Zebra Games.
5. Earning 100 VP from each PSA you help to be EA.
6. Earning 150 VP from each PSA you help to be BTL.
7. Earning 200 VP from each PSA you help to be STL.
8. Earning 250 VP from each PSA you help to be GTL.
9. Earning 300 VP from each PSA you help to be PTL.

The key to become PTL is a deep and very active downline. From the above figures, you can see that if you have 60 very active PSAs who simple make EA each month that earns you 6000 Action VPs straightaway. You become PTL even without lifting a finger of your own to earn VP.

If you want to become PTL, just work to deepen your downline making sure that a very large number of them are very active in the business.

Why it is Better to Pursue PSAs Instead of CSAs

Anytime, any day in SFI business, I believe it is better to pursue PSAs instead of CSAs for the following reasons:

1. As a sponsor, you get higher commissions value (CV) percentage of 45% compared to only 15% from CSAs.
2. That translates to 3 times more residual incomes from PSAs than CSAs.
3. PSAs help to deepen your downline with which you can earn matching VP on 12 levels deep depending on the rank you get to monthly.
4. Every affiliate gets PSAs by conscious and deliberate marketing efforts whereas CSAs are allocated to you by SFI or purchased at auctions.
5. For that reason, any time you do not make EA per month, you lose all your CSAs whereas your PSAs are life-time assets as business partners even if you perpetually remain simply as an affiliate.
6. What matters in a final analysis is “activity.” Active CSAs are better than inactive PSAs for reasons of SFI peculiarities as a business. The bottom line is to earn commissions from both your PSAs and CSAs. Any of them which brings in more commissions should be preferred by any serious business person. On balance however, PSAs are capable of giving you more commissions ontransactions but they must be sufficiently active to do so. That makes PSAs better to pursue than CSAs.

Why it is Good to Participate in SFI Business Games

These games are new in SFI business so there is a lot of curiosity and excitement about them. Fun, real fun and unlimited excitements are the primary reasons for participating in Eager Zebra Games. In addition, you do have a very good opportunity to earn some 200 VP per month if you participate in the games. Even if you miss out in the Jackpot, you can still win thousands of T-credits. Member Reward Points, MRPs are also won so trying your luck in the games in very good. You however need some luck to win though but no one loses out completely.
Every participant is a winner one way or another. It is a win, win situation no matter who the player is so long as you are playing. My take on this issue is very simple. Just lead by example. If you have perfected how to duplicate and you are very familiar with and have experienced the awesome benefits of duplication, it is easy to convince your downline to do same. The surest way to get your affiliates to follow your duplication trail is by showing them how you are doing it then encourage them to do same. You can do this best by using your team mail messages to regularly explain to your team members how you are getting on and the awesome benefits you are getting in SFI all because of your duplication efforts.

Mention concrete examples and refer them to the blog in your leadership page where you regularly publish your achievements and milestones. As the saying goes, “seeing is believing.” If your affiliates are able to “see” what you are doing, it becomes very easy to convince them to do same. For that reason, when it comes to matters of duplication, you must at all times do all the things you want your affiliates to also do. If they manage to do as you expect them to, that gives you all the assurances you need that duplication will take place among those you sponsor.

All methods, systems, tips and tricks which work very well for you should be made easily available to your downline. Encourage feedback from your downline and lead with praises, corrections and tips to move them to do much better than they are doing. That to my mind is the best way you can be reassured that duplication happens in those you sponsor.
