Best Ways to Stay in Contact with PSAs and CSAs in SFI Business

From my experience, the best way to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs in SFI business is through the weekly mailer as recommended by SFI. This is because the mailer is the best guarantee you have that your message will be delivered as sent. You can send bulletins, tips, motivation articles and general howdy to your PSAs and CSAs at least once a week. I think once a week is about ideal as SFI recommends because i believe sincerely that they must have a lot of reasons and some proven experience to back their recommendations.

In this business, you may however strike very personal relationships with either some of your PSAs or CSAs as I have done. In that case, you can get in touch more often either by email or even telephone contacts. If however it is strictly business relationship, once or twice a week to my mind is about OK. That is my own take on this issue.
 

How to Get Your Team to Understand the Potentials of SFI and TripleClicks

Before you can successfully get your team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks, be sure you understand it yourself. If you do, it becomes fairly easier for you to get someone else to understand it. All you need thereafter is effective communication and the rest as they say is a piece of cake. This is because a knowledgeable teacher is always a very effective teacher. There is a saying in Latin which states that, “You can’t give what you do not have.” (Please forgive me because my Latin is poor that is why I can’t say it exactly in Latin.) 


 

If you want your team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks, get them to do the following:

1. Study and understand SFI Basics/LaunchPad.
2. Study, understand and comply with SFI Rules of Success.
3. Make sure they know how to promote their business online/offline.
4. Make sure they appreciate the power of DUPLICATION.
5. Make sure they know how to sponsor affiliates.
6. Get them to appreciate the power of effective communication.
7. Make sure they know all the income streams in SFI and how they can use them for maximum results.
8. Encourage them to loosen up, interact, play games in SFI and to have all the fun while making money.
9. Encourage them to form the habit of reading and to read very widely in SFI.
10. Teach them the spirit of co-operation and team work.
11. Encourage them to log in to their Websites every day, every single day and to take all actions which enable them to earn VersaPoints daily.
12. Encourage them to become ECAs and to promote their stores vigorously.
13. Encourage them to interact in SFI very widely through a2a and the forums.
14. Impress on them to ensure they reach a minimum of Executive Affiliate, EA, in rank every month.
15. Encourage them to strive to become Team Leaders.
16. Tell them that if they do ALL these and more, the potential benefits are awesome. 



 

I can go on and on but I believe doing all the above with and to your team members will go a very long way to expose them to and make them understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks.

How to Help Your PSAs Become Team Leaders

Let me say straight away that I do not directly encourage my PSAs to become Team Leaders. Everything I do is simply to encourage them to be good Affiliates first and every other thing else will follow in a natural sequence. Here is what I encourage them to work towards and to use as a guide if they want to be Team Leaders. 


 

1. You must be a good Affiliate first before you can ever become a Team Leader. So become a good affiliate.

2. To be a good Affiliate, you must be active in SFI/TripleClicks. So, get active in SFI/TripleClicks.

3. Without an active downline, becoming a Team Leader has very limited benefits. So, build an active downline.

4. You need at least 5 active PSAs in your downline before you can get good benefits as a Team Leader. So, train your PSAs to be active.

5. The deeper and more active your downline, the better you are as a Team Leader. So, build a deep downline.

6. Granted that you get second-home CSAs as a reward for being a Team Leader but you can also get CSAs some other ways if you are a good and active Affiliate. So, win CSAs at auctions or buy them.

7. It is smart therefore to help your PSAs become very good and active Affiliates if you want them to succeed in SFI as Team Leaders. So, they need hard work to be good.

8. Everything else you do in SFI must therefore be aimed at becoming a good Affiliate. The nitty-gritty is only a matter of details active Affiliates do daily, weekly and monthly. 



 

From the foregoing, it is easy to discern that becoming a very active Affiliate precedes becoming a Team Leader. Helping your PSAs to become very good Affiliates is one sure way to helping them to become Team Leaders. Once you are able to successfully make them good Affiliates, becoming Team Leaders becomes a piece of cake.

Best Advice for People with Limited Time for SFI Business

Everything in life is about planning anyway. No matter how limited your time is, with proper planning, you can always allocate some time to do your SFI business. If you believe in the business and you are sufficiently interested in it, finding time for it is already given.

If however you are not sufficiently interested in the business, then you can never find enough time for it. What you need most therefore in my opinion is the "interest" in the business. When it is present, the time for it will always be found no matter how tight your schedule is.

The advice you need to give to people is that they should study the business and develop sufficient interest in it first. That done, they will always find time to invest in the business.
