Awakening Sleeping Affiliates in SFI

Dollar Bills projecting out of a brown wallet.
Inactive PSAs can be a real source of concern and frustration for SFI sponsors. But the solution could be as easy as a simple reassignment–specifically, a reassignment to one of your active Affiliates from the same country or who speaks the same language.

Why? Because, as SFI continues to spread around the world, language difficulties and cultural differences could become more of an issue among SFI Affiliates in growing downlines. These communication barriers may discourage new PSAs from non-English speaking countries and result in their giving up on SFI.

Why not take advantage of the growing diversity in your downline by pairing up these inactive PSAs with appropriate leaders in your team? This easy, no-brainer solution could reawaken their interest in SFI and get them building their own businesses...not to mention giving your team the added benefit of motivating your existing leaders to continue spreading the word about SFI in their own countries and in their own languages!

To reassign PSAs just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your Genealogy.

2. Choose the Reassign tab. All affiliates who are eligible to be reassigned (i.e. see restrictions below) will be designated by a checkbox.

3. Check a box for someone whom you want to reassign.

4. Enter the SFI ID number of the person to whom you want the reassignment(s) into the popup’s field and click OK. Make sure you have the right ID number!

5. Go down your list and check other boxes for any other affiliates you wish to reassign, entering the appropriate SFI ID numbers in the reassignment popup field.

6. When you’re done selecting the affiliates you wish to reassign, click the Reassign selected affiliates button.

The SFI system will automatically send an e-mail to the new sponsor, letting them know about their new, reassigned PSA and encouraging them to contact their new Affiliate right away.

Expert Blogger Marketing Tip: Numbers Matter

Online work table with a computer, smartphone, notepads, folded eye glasses and a glass cup holding pencils of many colours.
Successful bloggers always keep their eyes on the numbers because in this business, numbers really matter. Many blogging experts will tell you that data is your friend, but can also be your enemy. So, the best bloggers write for their audience, not for search engines and sponsors. If you write with the sole intention of ranking in Google, you’re at risk of alienating the very subscribers who gave you their trust. That is why you must write solely for results that help your business and not to please Google Search Engine.
However, using Google Search Engine Analytics expertly, you can get useful numbers and data from the following sources.

Keyword rankings: Be sure you are ranking for the keywords that your audience uses in search.

Buyer behavior: Evaluate what your website visitors are doing when they visit your site and make adjustments to your content to drive them to the desired pages on your site.

Conversions: Determine whether or not your site visitors are completing the goals you set.

These are the main sources to get at the numbers that really matter in marketing campaigns.

How to Find a Mentor in SFI Business

E-commerce business work station with notepad and pen, calculator, glass of water and a white mug of coffee.

This somehow has become a very interesting issue in SFI business. I say so because the entire business of SFI revolves around mentoring. Credible mentoring is in the entire gamut of the business because everyone is an affiliate in their individual capacities and we are all involved in the business. We all have sponsors.

A good question to ask here is, why search anywhere else for mentors when your sponsors and your entire up-line which is about 6 layers up is there, ready, able and willing to help you out at all times?

Even if you do not want a mentor from among your sponsors, you can join the FORUM and A2A. You can then reach out, make friends, and search for all the qualities you need in a mentor then get one or more for yourself. Very many excellent mentors are out there in SFI ready for the picking.

Oops! Lest I forget, the ultimate mentor in SFI is Mr. Gery Carson himself, the Founder of SFI. That is the man who mentors practically everyone in SFI business. Just ASK GERY anything about SFI and you get a very prompt and adequate reply. Gery likes to oil things a bit by telling a bit of his own personal story as found in the Launchpad for beginners in SFI. Mentoring can’t get any better than that, can it?

How to Make Yourself Best SFI Affiliate

Affiliate business work station with wallet, mobile phone, a computer, notepad and pencils and a white mug of creamy beverage.
Best SFI affiliate in terms of what? Do you want to be the best in terms of largest down line or in terms of your huge income or in terms of large army of A2A friends or in terms of the biggest volume trader or in terms of the most awesome sponsor or in terms of very many other success parameters in SFI?

If however you think as I strongly believe you do to be the very best affiliate possible in all these and more, my advice is that you should follow SFI rules, take SFI lessons, read SFI texts and do everything SFI requires you to do on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis to move your business forward. There is no doubt that if you do everything in SFI as prescribed and you try as much as possible to emulate your Sponsors and Co-Sponsors as well as other successful SFI affiliates, you can be the best possible in SFI business.

Effective Strategy for Reassigning Affiliates

Affiliate business meeting of two persons with mobile phones, duffel bag, IPAD, glass of water and mugs of beverage on the table.
This is a highly technical problem that may confound many affiliates because not many affiliates have ever bothered with reassigning other affiliates. For effective reassigning, I believe taking the following into consideration can yield the best results.

1. Make a list of your very active PSAs and encourage them to team leadership positions.
2. Identify your weak PSAs and reassign/distribute them to your PSAs who have shown leadership qualities.
3. Put in place a credible reward system to continuously reward your PSAs who meet the mark.
4. Congratulate and reward every major milestone in your downline.
5. Use your reassignment tool sparingly since you can only reassign an affiliate once.
6. Reward affiliates who win in your organized competitions with reassigned PSAs.
7. Encourage team leaders to compete among themselves for more reassigned PSAs.
8. Encourage your reassigned PSAs to rate their new sponsors critically.
9. Let the new sponsors know about the critical ratings expectations from their new CSAs.
10. Be honest, fair, just and very business-like when reassigning affiliates.

I believe with these strategies you can always make the best out of your reassignment efforts. Good luck!!!
