Best Places to Post Advertising Flyers

Flyers are a great way to advertise your business in SFI. What is required is to create an information type handout that briefly explains your business. This is because most people notice things that are different, something that draws their attention or even makes them laugh. Flyers do serve that purpose and more. The idea is to place them in places frequented by the target audience or in places where they can be noticed by very many people. Here are some great ways to use flyers. 




- When you buy your morning paper, you can slip some flyers in with the rest of the newspapers.

- When you go to a garage or yard sale, ask if you can leave a few of your flyers there.

- Paste flyers in the notice boards of Community Colleges (with permission of course). Every student needs a part time job these days.

- Visit establishments you do business with (doctor offices, health food stores, karate/dance studios, etc) and ask if you can leave flyers.

- Leave your flyers in restrooms at restaurants or on cork boards around grocery stores.

- Leave flyers with your tip after a meal in a restaurant.

- Post flyers at apartment complexes if they will allow it.

- Place flyers under windshield wipers of cars in parking lots.

- We all get junk mail with the postage paid envelopes. Just send a flyer back to the company and use their return envelope.

- Put flyers on car windshields at your kids’ sporting events.

- Put up flyers at the local colleges, libraries and grocery stores.

- Ask your local Chinese takeout if you can post a flyer in their window.

- You can paste flyers in your local pay-phone booths.

 


These are some of the ideal places I can think of right now where flyers can be very effective as advertising tools. The idea is to ensure they are in places where many people frequent and the flyers are easily noticed.

Yes indeed! Thousands of affiliates are doing practically the same things in SFI but with varying results. According to Zig Ziglar, “Successful people do not do different things. They do things differently.” That is why they are successful. So it is in SFI. In SFI, thousands affiliates do the same things to promote their businesses. The affiliates who stand out are those who manage to do these things differently. That is how we all get varying and various results in our businesses as SFI affiliates


 

To stand out in SFI, you must find a very personal and result-oriented way to do the following in the business and with the business.

1. Advertising.
2. Products promotion.
3. Sponsoring.
4. Mentoring.
5. Associating.
6. Socializing.
7. Reading.
8. Communicating.
9. Planning.
10. Executing.
11. Evaluating.
12. Goals-setting.

You will agree with me that these are the major things thousands of SFI affiliates do in SFI on daily basis. You will stand out if you manage to find the best ways to do all these and more things differently. The results you are getting will speak eloquently for you and these results will make you to stand out amongst thousands of your peers.

 In SFI business, no effort is wasted. Whether you are doing your own advertising or buying PSAs, the end result is to build your team and grow your business. Whichever way that happens is always welcome.

When promoting your business, apart from helping to sell your own products, or selling the products of other affiliates to get commissions, you can also get some PSAs enrolled. That way, you build your team through your own promotional efforts. If you buy PSAs, all well and good and that helps build your team too. Getting PSAs is what helps your team building efforts and not how the PSAs were received. For that reason, whether you do your own advertising or you buy PSAs, so long as your team building business is growing as a result, that is what counts and nothing else.

The key codes will assist you to track the volume of traffic to your ads and the conversion rates. Armed with the information, you can easily decide which promotions are doing poorly and do require some improvements and which are doing very well. You may choose to use some unique key codes for each ads site to make comparisons easier.

It is also advisable (if you know how) to find ways to set up many data fields to compare different types of advertising whether Offline or Online and to make informed decisions based on the data you collect.

There are very many ways to advertise your business outside of online social media and many of these ways are as easy to use and as cheap as social media if not cheaper. The following are some of the ways which readily come to mind allowing you to keep it simple and cheap but at the same time giving your business effective exposure in terms of advertising.

1. You can put your website on notepads, pens, newsletters, bumper stickers, coffee cups, etc, etc

2. You can use well designed and crafted Flyers which you can slip into the center pages of newspapers with some agreements with the vendors.

 


3. Of course, good old Business cards are still very effective ways to advertise your business.

4. You can use classifieds in your local newspaper.

5. You can mail out well-worded and crafted postcards.

6. You can leave flyers/posters in your local library, supermarkets, drug stores, Laundromats and such like places which many people frequent.

7. You can use welcome baby cards for hospitals and baby gifts for newborns in the hospital with your business tags as labels.

8. You can also purchase cheap seed packets, put a tag on them with your website and give to farmers and horticulturists.

9. You can use good old word-of-mouth to advertise your business to friends, family and anyone you get acquainted with.

10. You can use well-branded Buttons and Lapel pins.

11. You can brad ballpoint pens to hand out with a short advertisement and your URL.
