RULES, TIPS, AND HOW TO WIN ASTRO AUCTIONS

1. Go to the Auction Index.

2. Choose an auction item or product group (PG) you wish to bid on. Click the BID button.

TIP: For more product details on the item being auctioned, click the item's name. For additional details about any individual auction, click the small "i" icon in the bottom right corner of any panel.

3. Enter your bid (in currency or TCredits). Note: See TIEBREAKERS section below for who wins in the case of a tie. Click the continue button to proceed.

4. Choose how many of the TCredits that you've bid that you wish to receive Constellation Prizes on (minimum 1). For each TCredit you earmark for said prizes, you'll automatically receive a minimum of 10 Rewardicals (redeemable for a variety of valuable items at Rewardical.com), plus other Constellation Prizes. Click the continue button to proceed.

5. Click the "PLACE BID" button to complete your bid.

6. Enter your free Pick-The-Bid prediction. Be the closest prediction to the auction's winning bid and you'll win 500 Rewardicals! Note: See TIEBREAKERS section below for who wins in the case of a tie.

7. When fueling and boarding are completed and the auction is ready to launch, you will receive an email alert.

8. The auction you bid on will now be displayed on the Auction Index with "READY" status. Click the "LAUNCH" button. Note: You have up to 7 days to complete this step and claim your prize(s). Not completing this step will result in the forfeiture of all wins/prizes.

9. During the next two minutes, the auction will be "IN FLIGHT" and the top 20 bidders will be revealed one by one in "countdown" fashion. Also during this stage, you'll find out how many Rewardicals and what other Constellation Prizes you've won.

10. At the end of the two minute flight, your auction's starship will have landed successfully and ALL winners...for the auction itself, for Rocket Box, Supernova, Pick-The-Bid, and Quantum, will be announced, recorded, and prizes queued for delivery.

After the launch, we'll send you an email and/or other type of alert. For up to 7 days (168 hours) after boarding is completed, you'll have the opportunity to experience the flight. Important Note: You MUST watch the flight to claim any items/prizes won.

ABOUT CONSTELLATION PRIZES

Constellation Prizes are awarded randomly throughout the IN FLIGHT stage of the auction to ALL bidders. ABOUT QUANTUM

Pick-The-Bid (PTB) is a free contest included with every Astro Auction entry. The objective is simple: Predict how many bids you think will win the auction. If your entry is the closest, you win 500 Rewardicals.

Example: Player A predicts that the highest number of TOTAL bids placed will be 100. Player B predicts that the highest total number of bids placed will be 50. When the auction ends, the ACTUAL number of total bids is 51. Player B wins the PTB contest, with the prediction closest to 51. See TIEBREAKERS section below for who wins in the case of a tie.

Each auction participant receives exactly one entry to win. However, Supernova is programmed so the odds of winning go up over time. That is, right after Supernova is won and has been "reset," the odds of winning are low. As the pot grows, the odds of winning the Supernova jackpot increase.

TIEBREAKERS

In the case of a tie for the highest bid for an auction, three tiebreakers will be used:

Tiebreaker #1: Highest pilot tip. That is, step two of placing a bid requires choosing how many of your TCredits you wish to receive Constellation Prizes on. The auction win will be awarded to the bidder who entered the highest number here.

Tiebreaker #2: Oldest winner. If tie is not broken by Tiebreaker #1, the win will be awarded to the bidder who has gone the longest without winning an Astro Auction.

Tiebreaker #3: Earliest entry. If tie is not broken by Tiebreaker #1 and #2, the win will be awarded to the bidder who entered their bid first.

In the case of a tie for the Pick-The-Bid contest prediction, three tiebreakers will be used:

Tiebreaker #1: Highest pilot tip. That is, step two of placing a bid requires choosing how many of your TCredits you wish to receive Constellation Prizes on. The auction win will be awarded to the bidder who entered the highest number here.

ABOUT THE FUELING STAGE

During "fueling" we are simply accepting bids. Once our reserve price in bids is met, the fueling stage ends and the auction moves to the "boarding" stage. NOTE: If, after you've placed your original Astro Auction bid, you decide you wish to place a larger bid, you can choose to rebid. You may rebid any time during the fueling or boarding stages on auctions (excluding Junior auctions). Each rebid costs one additional TCredit.

ABOUT THE BOARDING STAGE

Once the "fueling" stage ends, the auction moves to the "boarding" stage. During the boarding stage, we are making sure we have "crossed our t's and dotted our i's" before launching. That is, we are double checking to make sure that everything is ready to go for a successful flight (auction) for all participants.
