E365 is a challenge in which you compete with every other SFI affiliate who joined SFI the same day you did. The idea is to outlast them all and, on your 365th day in SFI, be named the champion of your class—an Entrepreneur365 Champion! As an E365 Champion, you'll receive special corporate recognition, income-boosting CSAs every month from the CSA Rewards program, a spot on the E365 "hall of fame" Website, bragging rights, and a handsome plaque for your office wall (shown at right) to commemorate your achievement, and more. And, along the way, you will have the opportunity to win thousands Rewardical Tokens you can exchange for a variety of goodies.
To be named the Entrepreneur365 Champion of your class, you'll simply need to accumulate the most VP in your class by the end of your 365th day. For each of your days as an E365 contestant ("Challenger"), you'll also have the opportunity to win up to 500 Rewardical Tokens in our E365 Daily Drawing. Drawings are daily random drawings for all qualified contestants from your class and all other classes still within their first 365 days in SFI.
E365 also features a MONTHLY contest with even more recognition and prize. That is, during each month of the year-long contest, you can earn special recognition as the monthly VersaPoints champion for your class by having the most VP for the month.
IMPORTANT! To be eligible for the daily or monthly drawings, you must hold the minimum SFI rank of EA (Executive Affiliate). Tip: You can make this automatic by setting up a 1500 VP auto-delivery order. Note that if you're in your first month and do not collect 1500 VP by the end of the month, you can transfer all of your VP to the subsequent month.

Quick Mood Boosting Tips
As an entrepreneur, your mind must be alert at all times if you hope to make it in our highly competitive world. That’s why your mood swings count a lot. According to some experts, very simple things are always available to you to help give your mind a boost for utmost performance. Successful executives attest to this fact. Some of such executives are:
Jay Hoag, founding general partner of TCV
Jessica Bedard, shoe designer
Nitin Chhoda, CEO, Total Activation
Diego Rossetti, president, Fratelli Rossetti
Rachel Wenman, co-founder, vice president, Urban Seed Inc.
Maci Peterson, co-founder, CEO, On Second Thought
These executives live by example and they readily share their thoughts with others particularly on ways to boost your mood at work. Here are some of such ways which have turned out to be highly effective.
1. Cooking: If you like to cook and once in a while you get into the kitchen to cook something amazing, it helps your mood. Cooking is a very relaxing and creative thing to do. When you get compliments from people who love your cooking, it helps your mood.
2. Sitting out in the open air and garden: Views of nature, the free air and aromas of the field can be very relaxing and mood boosting. Sitting out quietly without distractions is very helpful here.
3. Listening to soothing music: Music has been known for ages as a real mood booster. Depending on how you feel, the type of music which can help your mood also varies. If when you press the play button and you suddenly find yourself singing and dancing along, your mood benefits most. It helps to have a customized playlist of genres and decades of songs that bring back fond memories to your mind. That is some music that really makes you feel something. Music that is good for the mood. Good music is sure a good mood booster anytime any day.
4. Jogging and hiking: When you are down in the dump, it helps to get out of the home for a jog or a hike. The outdoor panorama, good fresh air and picturesque landscapes help the mood a great deal. These activities help to clear your mind for proper thinking while at the same time leaving you totally refreshed when you get back home.
5. Looking at family pictures albums: This habit also helps to bring back to your mind fond memories of your childhood, your family, your children, your adventures and your travels over the years. If you find yourself upset after encounters with some sour persons or you’ve just had a bad deal or some confrontational conversations, relaxing at home looking at fond pictures albums does help in some way to lift your spirits.
6. Watching favorite TV channels or Videos: Some people love cartoons, sports, travels, adventures or just plain musicals to help lift their spirits. Whichever of these you feel good about is a mood booster which helps your relaxation.

Making Customers Happy by Creating a Raving Fan Culture
Image
Credit: gstatic.com

“Success is
nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.” - Jim Rohn
Every
business is all about making customers happy and satisfied. Any entrepreneur
who is able to do this consistently inevitably becomes a successful entrepreneur. In human relations, nobody cares how much you know, until they
know how much you care. These days, thanks to Bruce Temkin, some businesses
have been able to create a “raving fan” customer culture through the acronym “C-A-R-E-S”.
Here is how it can be applied to make unhappy customers happy. Note carefully
that each step is very important to the process. Whenever any of your customers
shows any signs of unhappiness through a feedback question/reaction, you know
it is time to switch to your CARES mode of:
(C),
Communication: Clearly
communicate the process up front and set proper expectations.
(A),
Accountability:
Take responsibility for resolving the situation or getting an answer in a
satisfactory manner.
(R),
Responsiveness:
Take initiative; don’t make the customer wait for your communication or a
solution.
(E),
Empathy:
Acknowledge the impact that the situation has on the customer.
(S),
Solution: Be
results oriented; ensure the question is properly answered and the issue is
resolved.
If you
manage to build a company that truly CARES about its customers using above
steps, you somehow earn their eternal happiness. The happiness of your
customers translates to good business for you. Happy customers are happy
partners for good business. This you can achieve by caring for them and making “raving
fans” out of them in the months and years ahead.

How to Use SFI's Hit Tracking
I am always bold to say that SFI provides nearly all the required tools which its affiliates need to succeed in the business. Hit-tracking is no exception. Come to think of it, as an Internet Business Person with Gateways advertised out there, any smart entrepreneur must have and use tools to track hits to the Gateways of the products so advertised. In SFI business, that tool is found here in this link:
https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/HitTracking OR under Power Tools/Hit Tracking
From the information provided by your installed personal key codes, you can track the number of times your gateway links are clicked because the tools record the number of hits/clicks your ads receive. You can thereafter use the 2 parameters below to make informed decisions on the effectiveness of your ads.
1. The volume of hits/clicks. This represents the number of persons who have actually seen your ads. The higher the number of visitors, the higher the chances/probability of sign-ups.
2. The number of sign-ups compared to the volume of clicks on your key code. This is simply termed “conversion rate.” The higher the rate, the more effective your ads are.
Armed with this information, it becomes easier for you to determine how you can improve on your promotions. You may choose to change the ads platforms for higher visibility or you can improve on the quality of the ads. You may choose to do any other things which can lead to higher figures on these 2 parameters.
That is how best to use hit tracking to make your promotions more effective in SFI. Best wishes.
