How to Communicate with Your Upline Sponsors

Affiliate business work station with a computer and a smartphone.
I will say right away that you can communicate with your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor as often as the need arises. There is no Sponsor in SFI worth his salt who will feel bothered by inquiries from her PSAs or CSAs. Instead, it is communications down-line that may bother some affiliates particularly if they are new to the business and the messages are too frequent. Communications up-line can not bother Sponsors and Co-sponsors because they are more experienced in the business and they have an inescapable responsibility to sponsor and mentor their PSAs and CSAs. That responsibility comes with a lot of communication since affiliates in SFI can be located anywhere in the world.

Frequent communications up-line are a direct indication that the affiliate down-line is curious about the business and wishes to learn quickly. A good Sponsor latches on to this sign to help the affiliate out as often as an inquiry comes up to the Sponsor. This is bearing in mind the enormous importance of active affiliates to the growth and development of even the businesses of Sponsors and Co-Sponsors themselves. My friend, my best advice therefore is that you can communicate with your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor with any convenient and acceptable means of communication as often as you want if your inquiries directly relate to learning and growing your business in SFI.

How to Motivate Lazy and Unmotivated Affiliates

A team of affiliate marketers in work station with computers, mobile phones, notepads and sundry work tools.
I hardly know how to set apart lazy and unmotivated affiliates. I believe we all are to some degree. However, if you have affiliates you sincerely believe are lazy and unmotivated; I suggest you do the following:

1. Pay special attention to your communications with them.
2. Explore ways to “draw them out’ and get them to reveal to you why they are unmotivated.
3. Offer real incentives to them like TCredits and free slots in your co-operative.
4. Encourage them to freely communicate their problems to you.
5. Be sure they took the lessons at the LaunchPad.
6. Encourage them to join and be active at the forum.
7. Offer your hand of friendship to them.
8. Encourage them to read widely in SFI.
9. Implore them to take SFI tips and to use the free marketing tools provided.
10. Help them to promote their Gateways alongside yours.
11. Reassign some PSAs to them if you can afford to.
12. Encourage them to play the Trivia games and to join the fun in SFI.

I believe if you are able to do some or all the foregoing, some of your lazy affiliates may become active.

How to Communicate with Your Team Effectively

Black pen on white notepad, eye glasses on top a newsppaper in a work station.

Because of the high premium SFI places on communication as a very effective tool in business, it provides very many channels and opportunities for affiliates to communicate. SFI even rewards periodic communication with very valuable VersaPoints. The commonest ways available to communicate with your team in SFI are:

- SFI Mailer.
- Chat room.
- Direct Email.
- Stream posts.
- Forum posts.
- A2A messages.
- Telephone.

These communication ways have their own advantages and drawbacks depending on what the communicator wants to achieve. From my nearly 5 years experience in SFI, I believe SFI Mailer is the most effective way to communicate with your team. Here are my reasons:

1. All mailer messages are delivered without fail.
2. You get rewarded with valuable VersaPoints periodically if you use Mailer messaging.
3. It is FREE to use and therefore cost effective.
4. Mailer messages do not get delivered into spam boxes.
5. It provides the recipients opt-out options thereby respecting their privacy.
6. Even if not yet opened the recipients know the messages are from SFI.
7. One message can get to all your CSAs and PSAs no matter the number instantly.
8. It is a most suitable way to communicate with a very large number of persons.
9. It respects and values the privacy of recipients.
10. It is very convenient and easy to use.
11. You can store all Mailer messages for reference and recall.

From the above, I can confidently say that SFI Mailer is the most effective way to communicate with your team in this business.

Have a great day!!

Which is Better to do...Recruit PRMs or PSAs?

Make money online banner.

Recruiting Personal Referred Members, PRMs and Personal Sponsored Affiliates, PSAs is good business in SFI. As you can see, one is just a member of TripleClicks while the other is your business associate in SFI. Even though they both earn you 45% commissions on any purchases made by them, it is better to recruit PSAs for the following reasons.

1. Your PSAs are your business partners whom you relate with closely to build both of your businesses.
2. You earn residual income on all the activities of your PSAs.
3. You earn matching VersaPoints on the activities of all your PSAs who attain the rank of EA2.
4. You get matching VPs on their downlines up to 12 levels deep.
5. You communicate freely with your PSAs.
6. You encourage your PSAs to communicate freely with you.
7. Your PSAs are members of SFI and TripleClicks whereas your PRMs are only members of TripleClicks.
8. Without a purchase, you earn nothing from your PRMs, whereas you earn that way and some other ways from your PSAs.
9. All told, you have the potential to make more money from the activities of your PSAs than your PRMs.
10. PRMs are not building any business in SFI whereas PSAs are.
11. PRMs are mere customers of TripleClicks whereas PSAs are individual business persons growing their businesses in SFI.

From the foregoing, I can say with all amount of confidence that in the business of SFI, it is better to recruit PSAs than PRMs.
